What is here
The yacht club opened on May 18, 2025 in the Marina Village quarter in the western part of the resort. It is not only a place to moor boats: along the water a boulevard was built, along with green areas with a view of the water area, a food court and a shopping avenue.

The pier's register
The permanent pier is assembled from eleven sections. Five of 45 meters, two of 29.05, two of 25 and two of 14 — 361.10 meters in all with a width of 15 meters. The data are from the contractor's design documentation.

The depths by the pier, the draft of vessels and mooring tariffs are not published in open sources. The source of the register: Hydrotrans Engineering, “Design of the permanent pier and expansion of the water area of the yacht club of the Sea Breeze resort complex” (hts.engineering, the “Projects” section).
The harbor was not found — it was dug into the shore and shielded from the waves by a stone breakwater.
