How the harbor came to be
The water area of the yacht club was dug into the shore and shielded from the waves by a fill breakwater. Below are entries from the construction of 2023 to the season of 2026, each with its own source.

The season was opened with a regatta
The SB20 Regatta with eight sailboats, new directions of water sports, free workshops in sailing and kayaking.

The yacht club is open
The ribbon was cut by the founder of Sea Breeze Emin Agalarov and the partners Orkhan Mustafayev and Arad Tevalkov. DJ CAME, The Excellent Music Band and the saxophonist Elvin Salmanov performed; the evening ended with fireworks.

The opening was announced
Sea Breeze announces the grand opening of Sea Breeze Marina for May 18: a red ribbon, a DJ set, live music and fireworks.

The harbor basin is being dug
A drone films two stone breakwaters, the entrance to the future water area and a dredger in the green water. Next to it rise the frames of Marina Village.

These frames were shot by a drone a year and a half before the opening. They show what the future harbor looked like: a pit in the shore, green water, a dredger and two stone breakwaters between which the entrance to the water area later ran.
